REGIONAL MUSEUM COOPERATION WORKSHOP

The National museum of Bosnia and Herzegovina has organized a second workshop on the Regional museum cooperation in the Western Balkans with support from Cultural Heritage without Borders. The workshop was held in the National museum of BiH in Sarajevo, from April 18-th to 21-st of 2007.

The participants of Creative Leadership/Management Workshop were museums directors from the western Balkan region (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia) and four experts, three from Sweden and one from Holand. Issues such as democratic leadership and strategic planning were discussed during the workshop.

The female network, which was formed in the first meeting at the National Museum in Belgrade in November 2006, also met on the last day of workshop discussing problems and common experiences of being female directors.
