Regional Museum Cooperation

CHwB facilitates a regional museum cooperation across 6 Balkan countries. These are Albania, Bosnia Herzegovina, FYRo Macedonia, Kosovo, Montenegro and Serbia.
The cooperation has existed for 2 years and has concentrated on professional training. Colleagues work together in many different aspects of museum life and share common problems and seek common solutions.

In 2009, the cooperation will concentrate on 4 main themes. These are Leadership and Management, Accessibility, Communications and Exhibitions. There will also be a specific workshop based on Displaying Archaeology. 2009 will see the launch of a dedicated website for the network.
