Workshop to strengthen gender equality

A first workshop has been organized with women in senior positions in the cultural heritage sector.

In november arranged CHwB a first workshop in Tirana for female managers in leading positions, invited from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia. The workshop aimed to promote gender equality and support managers in the cultural heritage sector. Topics discussed leadership issues, collaboration and identity issues.

The group discussed the challenges they face as the leading women in the field of cultural heritage, both political, social, emotional and cultural.

In conclusion, formed a women's network where several workshops will be conducted.
