Museum leaders meet for “Creative Leadership Workshop in Albania.
Directors and senior managers of the CHwB Regional Museum Network held a meeting and workshop at the National History Museum of Albania in Tirana.
The main issues discussed during the workshop included strategic planning and leadership. Examples and problems were discussed from across the Western Balkans region, showing that many concerns are common to all museums. The group also discussed a forthcoming, joint, exhibition in 2011 and the planned launch of a joint website later this year.
There were 16 participants from outside Tirana (Belgrade, Gjakova, Banja Luka, Pristina, Skopje, Sarajevo and Shkodra) ,were present and 6 from Tirana. In all 22 persons participated, 15 women and 7 men. Museum experts from Sweden also participated.
